Your style looks like it's improving, the faces definitely have more personality too them.
I like your style of clothing changes, and especially how the number of ribbons matches in the first and last frames.
But most of all, I like her expression at the end. She looks like she's either gong go *twitch-twitchtwitch-SNAP* or suddenly burst into celebration going "AWESOME!"
I'm wondering how people come across these killer ribbons and necklaces. I'm assuming that they don't just swoop out of the sky transforming "evildoers" into love-maniac angel-girls. ...Actually,on second thought that'd be awesome. X-D

And Flonne IS my favorite female Disgaea character, but I LOVE the Fallen design leagues better than the Angel design.
I wouldn't mind at all if I got TG'd into her.
She's such an otaku. So, basically, I'd live my life the same I always have, =P.
But my favorite Disgaea character PERIOD is the Dark Hero Axel!
